Made of a silk crepe that has a hand painted feather design that runs across the top and back of the neck and then down each wide, kimono influenced sleeve. The sleeves are cut directly from the high waist so are amazingly wide and full! The waist nips in and then the skirt falls to the floor in a A line shape. The painted design on the upper bodice has flat silver discs
