Tiny snaps and threads sit at each shoulder to hold what you choose to wear under it in place

Sadly this has no label so I cannot verify that but it is well made and fabulous enough to be a designer piece

I am not 100% pleased with how it photoed as it is so much better in person and really needs a real girl in it to show off how wonderful it sits on a body
