You can see that trademark Valentino touch in this piece with its two layers of fullness cinched in between so that it creates to great and dramatic poufs! The taffeta has just enough weight to keep the shape and you can wear it more or less bubbled by adjusting a tie that sits under the top pouf! A very unusual piece and in mint condition!
