1960s Unlabelled Floral Chiffon Dress with Cape Overlay designer-stavropoulos com had this to sayA romantic dress with it's matching cape overlay has no label but is very well made and it was surely a designer piece. With no tag present it is of course being sold as an anonymous piece so it is a tremendous bargain. the chiffon has huge blossoms screened over its surface and these are done in a pretty combination of coral and red. The inner dress is cut very simple with a scooped neckline at both the back and the front. It is suspended from two
