Bosand was an American Couturier and is often overlooked in my opinion. His work is quite beautiful and he specialized in evening pieces. Here this beautiful and almost weightless gown is done in a beautiful emerald green silk. One layer forms the top and sits over a second, longer layer underneath and both layers are cut on opposite
