It is exceptional and like most of the pieces from the 1920s

I did find a reference photo of the dress but it was dated as being 1978 which is not possible so we have the photo but not the exact date

The sleeves are cut long and wide and they each flare dramatically with each is a full 27" around by the time they reach the ends
