These ruffles are set all the way around the skirt in a series of vertically placed silk panels

It looks fabulous worn as a set but with it being two pieces it still gives you the freedom to break them up and wear them individually with other pieces in your existing wardrobe

There is minor discoloration to the inside under each arm but it is freshly and professionally cleaned and this does not show on the exterior

Fully lined in pink bias cut tissue silk and slips on to wear

I see no missing rhinestones on any buttons

The movement it has when it is on and you walk is just incredible. We found some examples starting in 1997 and into collections in the early 2000s that had dresses with the similar cut but have not yet been able to find the exact date yet. This dress is definitely a dress that could walk a carpet and it would also make an amazing alternative dress in a more extended
