The scales are on a lightweight spandex and reflect the light sometimes they look blue and sometimes purple. This skirt is in our Trumpet Style with a longer top tier and full ruffled bottom tier. The silhouette is flattering and fun. The back of the skirt is about 1" longer than the front to provide a little more coverage. These skirts do not include under shorts. Be sure to
