This means that is has lot so f sensual movement and drape and is amazing to wear! Its all early eighties with rounded, padded shoulders and a loose tunic style cut. The sleeves are long and the neck dips slightly with a rosette finish. Those caped shoulders turn into a V like cape detailing on the back that is secured to the dress but creates this avant garde back effect
