This looks like it should be very heavy but it is surprisingly light

a neat collar and just the hint of shape at the waist its simplicity is part of its appeal that allow the starkness of the black and white color and the girl wearing it to take center stage

The sleeves are cut just past the elbow and each is very very full with a ruffle at the cuff and elastic just above

Parts of the horse design are even padded at the back to give the design a 3D element
