It's a one bolt design, so set up is fast and easy; and so long as you grease the bolt and use a long 6mm allen and put some muscle to it, it'll grip fast forever and that'll be that. Like all Nitto products, it is both jewel like and Samson like, and you cannot get any better. But if you weigh more than 220 or so, look into the S 83. Offset is approx. 18mm from center
