Having proven itself in the arena as a competitor with its European cousins, wineries throughout the state are exploring its untapped potential. Few, however, have given it the due that this rendition offers. Vinified as a dry, natural sparkling ros, this wine brings beautiful saturated pink color pressed straight off the skins. The
