The Japanese Bitters Co. Yuzu Bitters Saison Think Jolly RancherThe product of a one man operation in the Chubu region of Honshu. The Yuzu is a citrus fruit and plant originating in Southern Japan. It is believed to be a hybrid of sour mandarin and Ichang papeda. This fruit resembles a very small grapefruit with uneven skin texture and can be either yellow or green depending on the degree of ripeness. Yuzu fruits, which are very aromatic, typically ranging from 5. 5 and 7. 5 cm in diameter. However, some can be as
