After School Recreational Gymnastics Classes Children are split into classes1 hour class ~ Ages 4 to 12 years ~ 10 week term Throughout the program children will learn a variety of gymnastics skills on gymnastics apparatus (beam, bar, floor, vault). The program is designed to teach children coordination, balance, strength and flexibility while building confidence and self esteem.
