The layered perfume continues with honeycomb, hay and lemon verbena. Textured and crisp, with a full bodied viscosity and a fine toasty edge. A mineral, flinty note adds still more interest. The richness and creaminess of the barrel fermented Semillon really complements the fresh and fruity Sauvignon Blanc.
