These insoles are designed to keep athletes comfortable and protected, with up to 75% more impact dispersion than standard foam. Suitable for all foot types, they are recommended for mid to high arches and can be easily trimmed to fit. Please note that the two sizes have guidelines for where to cut each foot size for correct fitment. Sizing
