There is a built in petticoat with beautiful embroidered lace. The dress is 100% lined for comfort with shiny pearl buttons in the back that make a perfect finishing touch to this beautiful dress!! The colors are blue and white and it is all wrapped up with a shiny taffeta bow attached to the apron. Sizes 12m to 6 comes with adorable
