Orange Cider - 2023, 7.1% Deya With its juicy fruitnatural. still. dry cider The 2023 vintage of Orange Cider is our little homage to skin contact white wines, or orange wines as they are known, made from a single variety of apple, Dabinett, grown in our own Burrell's Meadow Orchard. Perfect fruit was harvested in early November, spontaneously fermented and then transferred to neutral oak barrels for a year. After a further year under cork, the cider is showing a wonderful array of perfume, flowers
