Designed by Michael Thonet in 1860, No. 14 was immediately identified as the bistro chair. Minimalist in its use of material and in the number of parts that make it up, only six, No. 14 is the result of almost twenty years of research. Simple, flexible and always up to date, it is considered the first example of industrial design. Its structure is made up of solid beech elements,
