There is a built in petti coat with beautiful embroidered lace. The dress is 100% lined for comfort with shiny pearl buttons make a perfect finishing touch to this beautiful print!! The colors are bright red and white. This beautiful dress is all wrapped up with a shiny taffeta bow in the back. Sizes 12m to 6 comes with adorable ruffle bottom bloomers for a
