Emo: A Journey of Reflection Stress & Coping Skills Use them as: IntroductoryEmo, short for Emotion, is an engaging card game created by a School Psychologist, as a twist on the popular game Uno. Players simply match the colors or numbers as they discuss emotions and positive thinking, creating a fun and safe space to talk about feelings. Players are prompted with one question per card, such as What does confidence mean to you? An adult moderator, such as a parent, teacher, Counselor or Speech Therapist encourages discussions.
