This is the 101 variant with a "G" marking at the bottom of the part. Please see the datasheet for more details. Sold singly. Please Note : Mitsubishi have stopped printing the 3 triangles logo on many of their semiconductor devices since early 2018, therefore new batches of this device will not show the Mitsubishi logo which is present on older devices.
