as I may be able to adjust the size of one of these rings to fit

The lever back earrings are approximately 3cm long from the top of the earring wire to the bottom of the wired pearl. The drop pearl is approx 8mm and is through drilled and wired making a very secure fixing. There is a little silver decorative cap on the top of the pearl.
