It is made with 75% Pinot Noir from the Grand Cru vineyards Bouzy and Ambonnay

the family work as closely as possible to that philosophy using no chemical fertilisers and only using chemicals in the vineyards to ensure they actually get an harvest

The nose is bold and expressive, bursting with juicy cherries and raspberries, plus a hint of warm spice and smooth vanilla from oak aging. On the palate, its soft, mouthwatering, and packed with ripe red berry flavours, with a touch of vanilla and cinnamon on the finish. Smooth, long, and absolutely delicious!
