Pendant is 1"H x 0. 75"W and opens up as a hinged locket with a small hook at the back. Hallmarks can be found once open. Marked 585 for 14K Gold and A8 for 1978 on locket. Chain is also hallmarked B8 for 1979. This Locket was in Lapponias collection from 1978 to 1983 as verified from Kalevala. I can't find another example of it online at the moment. This item
