The palmette and oval lattice pattern is rendered in hundreds of subtle shades of aqua, yellow, green, teal and blue green on a textured cream and ivory background. This hand made cut and loop pile rug was made by combining a loop weave invented by Asmara with the ancient French Savonnerie pile weave. Woven with a
