It is polished to a high shine. It is made with a half round band so it sits flat against your wrist. The cuff is approximately 6mm wide. Small cuffs measure approximately 5 1 4 inches with a 1 inch opening. Medium cuffs measure approximately 5 1 2 inches with a 1 inch opening. Large cuffs measure approximately 6 6 1 4 inches with a 1 inch opening. X
