Like all Davides Baroli, this is fermented in concrete before being matured in custom made French oak botti grandi. Typically firm in structure, it has a dark core of fruit and dried herbs. Being Serralunga, its ability to age is never in question, but the 2015 is perhaps fleshier than other recent vintages, allowing slightly earlier enjoyment. Drink 2022 2035.
