Queen Bee Eureka Tower Coogee beach Back of the canvas isThis painting depicts part of Richard Stringer's sculpture of giant golden bees on a side of the residential Eureka Tower, on Melbourne's Southbank. A metaphor for a hive of frenetic activity and high density city living, its golden colour reflects the golden glass apex of the building.
