Winter at Sloans Lake Size:20"x30" I headed to Sloans Lake

I headed to Sloans Lake which is along the western border of Denver

checking out the tide pools on the west side of the park or checking out the skyline of San Diego

The area was filled with people sledding on the fresh snow

While visiting San Diego a few years ago

This was the case this evening when I hiked up Green Mountain in Lakewood to get a shot of Denver and the rising full moon in November 2009

Winter at Sloans Lake Size:20"x30" I headed to Sloans LakeTaking advantage of a large snowfall in Denver, I headed to Sloans Lake which is along the western border of Denver. Walking around the lake I noticed this flowing tree and started to photograph it with the lake in the background. I sort of laughed to myself as it does have a little similarity to the image Winter in Washington Park which I have photographed a few times before as well.
