This box is in really good condition - it has its original velvet blue liner and read leather lid liner

Inside there is the inscription 'Standphast goldoid ' a gold coloured alloy that limits tarnishing - all the go back in the day

He marked everything with the mark "P & S Dijkstra"

As I write this and look at this lovely piece it ticks away and just that sound transports you back over 100 years - when things were somewhat slower  and well -quite different to today that' s for sure
