2023 Bourgogne Aligoté, En Gerlieus, Domaine de Cassiopée, Burgundy Women in Wine This has much more bulkThe intense, mineral driven En Gerlieus is crafted from grapes grown in Chassey le Camp, Burgundy. Vines here are protected by surrounding forests, and age between 40 100 years old. The winemaking here sets this Aligot apart; while 60% goes to barrel, the remaining 40% is made in amphorae, adding edge and detail to the wine. Pair this with roasted white meats.
