IT COVERS THE TOW HOOK HOLE. IT IS DESIGNED TO FIT OVER THE EXISTING BUMPER BOLTS ON A PETERBILT BUMPER. THE SLOT BOLT HOLES ARE 9 1 4" APART MEASURING THE CENTER OF THE HOLE TO THE CENTER OF THE HOLE. SOME TOW HOOK COVERS REQUIRE A 9 3 8" CENTER TO CENTER SPACING AND WILL REQUIRE MODIFICATION TO FIT.
