Artisan Huang Shan Mao Feng green tea is grown and crafted in the Mount Huangshan (Huizhuo) area of Anhui province, also known as Anhui Tea. Xie Yuda created it during the Guangxu period of the Qing Dynasty and it has only grown in popularity due to its elegant aroma and taste. It is made from hand picking spring leaves just after the Qingming rains and processed by traditional pan frying
